Learning to Write

When learning to write it is very important to teach kids the correct way the first time so they are not learning to self correct later on. Remind students to always start their writing to the left of the page and pull toward them. Top to bottom writing is what we are working on in class.

Learning to write our names

During Literacy Centers we have been working on writing our name properly in sand. It is great tactile practice. Students are learning to properly form letters by always starting top to bottom and left to right.
